Great article, and only time will tell if the CHOGM 2015 will add global value or not.

But more importantly we lowly citizens of Malta will never know if it has added any domestic value at all, unless it was some Maltese toe-rag who pinched the British Deputy High Commissioner’s cuff-links and they are caught trying to sell them for a couple of hundred euros on Maltapark.
