While Pullicino Orlando has every right to his personal opinions, he has no right to behave discourteously, indecorously and generally uncivilly as he did, especially in the country’s highest institution.

Such behaviour places him at par with il-Bomba who some time ago behaved in court as Pullicino Orlando did in front of the Public Accounts Committee. When his attention was drawn to the fact that he was addressing a magistrate, il-Bomba retorted, “Hu l-Magistrat… u jien il-Bomba.”

It could have been JPO saying it.
