The only people that can remove him are the Malta Council for Science and Technology board members. They have never given even the slightest hint of discomfort with the situation, let alone disapproval of the man.

Whenever I point this out, people treat it as a mere joke or an insult, but I mean it as neither. Having an undiagnosed and untreated manic depressive in high public office is not a matter to be taken lightly at all. Something has to be done about that man. He is not only harming the organisation he heads and the people around him, he may eventually end up harming himself.

Damn shame that people should take to smoking the stuff. Hemp is a sustainable crop and was once upon a time on a par with cotton for the manufacture of fabric.
