The “Briksa” was gotten rid of early on, and by implication and direct immediate consequence, the Constitution with it.

There is one phrase, Daphne, this last week or so where you mention that the corrupt deals are irreversible. I can’t digest that. Could you explain why they are irreversible if the intention brought to the deal, in each case, was corrupt and with the intent to cheat and defraud the public purse?

Isn’t intention a key element of contract, especially where the balance of power is inextricably linked to public accountability and responsibility?
