This guy has a reserved parking space just outside his home at ix-Xatt in Sliema, presumably because his heft gets in the way of movement.

How does he then manage to travel so often on WTO business then? I’m sure he does not wheel himself everywhere he goes when abroad? Is the air abroad so salutary that it miraculously allows him to walk?
