That’s not what I’m saying, Skype. The council wanted parking to be restricted during business hours. You can still see the deleted signs in place. What’s needed is parking restricted to residents only between 7pm and 7am and not the other way around.

You don’t make proposals and then remove them. You apply alternatives which finally satisfy the Sliema people. They never removed Joe Grima’s reserved parking. If expensive Joe Grima has priority parking why don’t the Sliema residents have a parking system? Is that too much to ask for?
