I admire her for at least being able to see them for what they are – corporate wannabes with no ideology but money. The truth is that the MLP is no more and there are more labourites in the PN, and always has been, than there are, or ever were, in the MLP PL.

There are two choices: either found a new Labour party which will be true to the Movement or try to make sure that the PN remains intrinsically Labourite and start voting for them. The second option is the easier of the two but requires an enormous slice of humble pie.

Yes of course I remember Mrs. Valerie Borg from Valletta. She wrote regularly to the editor in The Times of Malta. She was a true Labour supporter who admired Alfred Sant in particular if I remember correctly.

She must be feeling very short changed.

Yep I’ve had the same thing said by friends who voted labour too. At least i resisted saying ‘I told you so’.

In reply to Rumplestiltskin. Come the next election she and hundreds (thousands) of others's votes will have been cleverly bought by our corrupt government. The difference this time around is that they will use our taxes to fund their buy-out.

Like several other Laburisti hodor she seems to have had a ‘Road to Damascus’ moment, albeit incomplete. She says that she’d ‘throw away’ her vote rather than vote for Mizzi. She has some way to go to fully see the light and vote PN.
