Absolutely free, I’m stupid like that. Do you have any article mentioning that China monitors non-US citizens, not living in the US, who are just ordinary people on the scale that shows that the NSA and CIA do?

I don’t think I’m saying anything controversial here, that the US does these surveillance programmes should be common knowledge after the Snowden leaks and all the work Wikileaks does.

Don’t get me wrong, I think China would be doing the same if it was that invested in the matters of other countries, but as dictatorships go they (mostly) are able to satiate their lust for power at home.
