And then there is the other part to it:

Was he photographed by the press? Was he reported in the press? No. The “involvement in Malta’s bid to host CHOGM15” is indeed reported (referenced) in his updated Wiki bio. Anyone needing to find a brief outline of his extraordinary reaches will indeed get the required sniff and as to access – well – isn’t that made just about obvious?

These people have other more instrumental tools closer to home – and this since pre-elections and as early as 1996. Those tools have been well oiled. Some of these tools have been instrumental in keeping his name OUT of the press.
