Aaron Farrugia was the lecturer. He was a total disgrace. He did not even know the difference between an aid scheme and a normal project.

When we asked him something he just stared at us and invented something that made no sense. And the project was co-financed, which means it was supposed to be highly scrutinised. I wonder what he is up to in Freeport matters, which don’t have the same level of scrutiny.
