I am totally convinced that the government has lost all hope of finding a strategic partner for Air Malta. I just cannot see any serious airline considering Malta following the revelations of corruption within all areas of government, and the dilettantesque administration, from the prime minister’s office down to the least person employed in a position of trust.

Hence the trip to Turkey, but Turkey itself is now embroiled in a major military conflict. Meanwhile, here in Malta, conflicts of interest make many Labour Party top brass walk all the way to their bank. €€€€€€€€€€€€€€€€€€€€€€€€€€€€€€
