In reply to pronoia. You have to bear in mind that Josanne Cassar comes from a Labour family and that her uncle, the late Philip Muscat, was Dom Mintoff's Minister for Education. But this does not change the fact that she sees the situation for what it is in this particular case at least, and writes about it even though it conflicts with her natural preference for the Labour Party and her socio-cultural dislike of the Nationalist Party.
