Until an independent magisterial inquiry is set up and Konrad Mizzi surrenders a power of attorney giving the inquiry full power to delve into the present and historical records of the finances, ownership/directorships of both the shelf company in Panama and the New Zealand Trust, Konrad (and his promoter Joseph Muscat) can never expect to start the process of removing the dark shadow of corruption that hangs on his head.

Anything short of this is an undeniable pointer to corruption.
