That is now owned by the New Zealand trust. He also has no ‘interest’ in the trust since the beneficiaries are his wife and children – and that interest is not ‘declarable.’ So this business of ‘declaring his interest’ is what the Americans would call hogwash.

When Muscat answers a question he qualifies it. I don’t have “a company.” He doesn’t of course go into the detail to explain or extend the answer to interests.
