May I humbly suggest to the honourable gentleman that, in his financial situation, all he needs is to buy a simple plastic piggy-bank, enough to collect his spare cash and pay his water and electrcity bills when called upon to do so every two months.

The trouble and expense of creating a trust in New Zealand and a company in Panama to manage his government salary of 76,000 euros a year and any rent he might get from the flat he lives in himself (and where will he live?) is very stressful for a young man of his age, currently burdened with tremendous responsibilities as a minister of the government of a European Union member state.

The declaration form needs to be updated and presented more professionally.

The description of property should give details which are normally found on a purchase/sales contract. Deposits in banks should show the name of the bank, the account number, the type of account and the date of opening of the account.

Loans from the banks should also show the name of the bank, the period of the loan, the annual repayment amount, the name of the borrower and the date the loan was contracted and the hypothecs/guarantees given for the loan.

The income should be detailed as to the sources of the income and to also declare separately fringe benefits.
