During his press conference this morning Chris Cardona said that the planning procedure for Muscat’s house in 1998 had been correctly followed. This is NOT true.

The representation expiry date (the date by which time objections could be lodged) was 2 March 1998 and the decision date to grant permission was 27 February 1998 ie prior to the date by which time objections could be lodged.
