To me he’s never come across as anything other than what he is. It’s the way he pronounces his vowels and his SSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSes, like Kaa the snake in Disney’s The Jungle Book. Dead give-away, that.

Konrad Mizzi is anything but a Slimiz. As for his use of English, forget it. The way he pronounces certain words, especially the vowels and the ‘s’ sound (always a dead give-way because they pronounce it like a hissing SSSSS rather than a ‘zh’) tells you exactly what his roots are: it-tifel ta’ Lawrence Mizzi tal-Air Malta, hamallu Mintoffjan mill-aghar.

Oh the difference!

Unlike Louis Grech, Konrad Mizzi seems to be doing all the smiling and mouth contortions himself.

Quite a cold ‘well done’ too from grassroots, considering he stood uncontested. So much evidence that all is not well and that they are being pushed to the limit.
