Which would conversely seem to indicate that Muscat is more than just implicated in this – he’s probably the mastermind behind it all.

It’s interesting what desperation does to the mind. Imagine spending 25 years in opposition and contemplating the possibility of a repeat of that. It’s not healthy for the country but if labour is incapable of cleaning out the skip what can you do?
