No, that picture doesn’t say it all. Panamanian law doesn’t require Panamanian corporations to pass on any records to the Panamanian government. Chances are that Mr. Varela wasn’t aware that our crooks were nesting in Panamanian corporations.

The fraudulent money isn’t coming “from other corporations” but from the Maltese taxpayer, from you and me.

The money going into the Panama kitty is the Maltese taxpayers’ money. On paper it may look like the Azerbaijanis are gifting it to the corrupt. But the Azerbaijanis inflated the price of the oil going to Malta in order to share the spoils with our MPs. Every time we fill our cars with petrol, we have to pay extra to cover the kickbacks.
