I know also through experience (100% sure about this) that it is against public services regulations for public staff to forward or autoforward emails from their gov.mt accounts to private email accounts.

Charles Camilleri, a former director at the Lands Department, has submitted a sworn statement in which he confesses that he had not revealed the whole truth to the Auditor General because he was “pressured and threatened” by people in the Office of the Prime Minister not to reveal all because it would undermine them.

It has now become patently obvious that Joseph Muscat was privy to all the filth relating to the Gaffarena scandal. That alone calls for his resignation but, hang on, the chap’s vacationing in Dubai.

And then that flippant court case (Muscat vs Gaffarena) comes to mind and I cringe.
