I get the gist. Muscat has had experience in the European Parliament and for him to expect success in that situation is tantamount to saying that he is not only inefficient in governance but downright stupid. In that case something else was in the mix.

And John Dalli, don’t forget him. As for the Mexican drug cartels – most of the world’s cocaine-trafficking is actually controlled by the ‘Ndrangheta, our close neighbours. No need to go all the way to Mexico.
