Labour is trying to argue that all politicians are the same, that what Konrad and Keith tal-Kasco did was something trivial and normal.

Their lies about Ann Fenech are all about trying to make the above argument take flight.

That is only one of the reasons why the lie had to be confronted head-on. The other reason is because you do not stand idle while a good person is dragged through the mud.
