Konrad Mizzi repeatedly insisted with Beppe Fenech Adami to read aloud the official Parliamentary transcript. When Fenech Adami, obliged Mizzi sued him for libel.

Going by Mizzi’s reasoning, if anyone of us were to read aloud in front of others from the official Parliamentary transcript in question, we would be liable to libel from the honourable Minister.

The situation is Kafkaesque.
