Chris Cardona, during his ‘swimming pool’ press conference, said that the swimming pool was larger than what is allowable for ODZ pools. He is quoting from this policy:

– approved in February 2000 –

Beppe Fenech Adami got his swimming pool approval with permit PA 4438/98 submitted in July 1998 and approved in March 1999.

Why is it that none of the so called journalists who trudge to listen to Cardona, have the balls to ask any serious questions? Or for that matter to do what Antoine Vella has done. After all this is all in the public domain.
