Please.

I said something quite different: that the priorities have been lost in this case and that instead of going after the criminal they are going after the investigator.

This is the equivalent of letting a drug kingpin go free because the Vice Squad listened to (not recorded) ONE of his telephone conversations without a judge’s warrant.

What is the greater crime – listening to that one conversation, or trafficking in drugs?
