This unnecessarily dilutes the message that the overriding objective of the structure is to hide (park) money from anybody’s scrutiny until it can be laundered (in various ways). The structure is not the end, but the means of this wholly nefarious activity.

For a PEP, especially a government minister with no other declared or declarable sources of income, the money placed in the structure can only represent ill-gotten gains.

In my opinion, there can be no doubt as to CorneredRat’s heinous intentions, but I fear that this point is still not yet clearly understood by some.
