Maybe the reporter should have let the PM answer on Ann Fenech. The PM is using innuendo with regards to AF. Maybe if the PM is forced to be more specific, the reply could blowback in his face. If what AF did or didn’t do was wrong, what KM, KS and BT was even more wrong.

The Prime Minister’s responses are predictable. Journalists should prepare their follow-up questions to avoid being taken off guard. The journalist’s response should have been: “OK. Let me ask about Ann Fenech. Does Ann Fenech have a company in Panama like Konrad Mizzi and Keith Schembri? Did Ann Fenech set up a Panamanian company while negotiating multi-million dollar deals for the Government in countries that are mired in corruption?

He has no shame! Two libel suits filed by Ann Fenech and he still spits in the face of human decency.

But well, what do you expect from someone who was brought up with a grandmother who lit votive candles in front of a photograph of Dom Mintoff, her idol?

But even so, while Mintoff’s motto was “Malta first and foremost” Muscat’s motto is more personal regarding what is foremost. Care to guess?
