In reply to Mark. It's worth remembering that CHOGM 2015 took place in Malta rather than Mauritius, because the Prime Minister of Mauritius refused to attend the previous year's event in Sri Lanka, on account of that country's poor human rights record.

If I understand this correctly, the CHOGM Organising Committee headed by Phyllis Muscat has not yet paid Mary Grace Pisani’s bills, so Pisani has not yet paid her imprisoned sub-contractors. In other words, Maltese prisoners are currently financing the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting 2015. Way to go, Malta.

Seeing the quote written down does not in any way compare to hearing her actually saying it.

She might have thought she was being witty but if she has anyone with any sense around her they will tell her that she will never live that disgusting performance down.

Michelle Condescending Muscat never actually got around to saying that the inmates had been paid, she actually thought that she could bully the inmate who had complained by saying that she wanted to hear the complaint from her mouth.

Perhaps Michelle Muscat needs a lesson into what constitutes abuse, abuse of power and victimization. Can someone volunteer to explain the facts to her please?
