You are wrong. What the accountant – Brian Tonna of Nexia BT – did is against the law. Konrad Mizzi and Keith Schembri are defined under the law as politically exposed persons. Anti-money-laundering legislation is extremely strict. This kind of activity exposes Tonna to being stripped of his warrant and prosecuted.
