In reply to pronoia. That's what those people look like without their usual tonne of make-up and six hours at the hairdresser. They never usually leave the house without a lorry-load of maquillage, so seeing them with their natural faces is a shock.

She says that she was in transit, so she could have easily answered her phone. She probably did, but only Fersani’s ringtone was approved. Mary Grace Pisani didn’t look good at all in the footage – not sure if it is worry, anger or a mix of both.
