Why? Because companies incorporated there are Ltd and not Inc as far as I am aware.

Meaning? That Strategic Management Investment Inc is incorporated elsewhere and most probably ‘sheltered’ by the BVI trust.

One jurisdiction that uses Inc for incorporated companies is Panama.
