Absolutely, but my point is that not all in Parliament were a mess, thugs etc. We did have and still do have some fine MPs who are upright, honest, dedicated and who get on with their job. To me the cup is half full, not half empty. Clearly there is only one person who can restore a semblance of decency, respectability and honesty to the political class. He will be our Prime Minister.
