How many of us have suffered different forms of injustice that can’t be proven in the workplace, not being selected for certain jobs, being selected for menial jobs when one is higher qualified, overloading with work whilst others are not even doing a full day’s work, innuendo at the place of work to isolate workers, lack of teamwork, verbal abuse, subtle harrassment, not being given over-time whilst others are when it is not needed… and on and on and on…
