In fact he could probably have made a case for himself there. I believe he was consultant on transport, and we all know where that’s at; he was consultant on oil exploration, and we know about that too.

Taking into consideration his work for the Labour Party, his own private legal practice, possibly another couple of small consultancies we’ve missed bla bla, couldn’t the Commissioners realise how capable he is, kemm huma injoranti? He’s a superman.

Who else could manage to multitask like him eh? What he was applying for was ‘poca roba’ compared to what he’s already juggling at home.

Oh will they please stop the “integrita'” bullshit. The man covered up cocaine dealing in the party club for which he was ultimately responsible.

I can’t take this deceit anymore. Isn’t there one decent chap in the Labour camp who isn’t ashamed to call Abela “bniedem ta’ integrita'”?
