If Joseph Muscat is returned to the office of Prime Minister there is nothing to stop him for repeating what he has done, and is still doing, for his own ends. Nobody voted for Keith Schembri and Brian Tonna, yet both were installed in the Prime Minister’s Office, and became the power behind the throne.

No guarantee that he’ll win the election if he throws Konrad and Schembri out off his government. If he does that now the PM will be under lots of pressure from everywhere – the people, PN and ex PL won’t rest until his head rolls too, because he took too long to decide on this saga, or any other for that matter.

If I understood well, if an election is held now, the PL will win by 10,000 votes, so in actual fact another 5000 switchers will boot the PL out off office.
