Both Roderick and Daniel Zammit are now entitled to a life’s pension while still in their 30s.

He went on sick leave and applied to be boarded out after the enquiry showed unethical behaviour between him and the Gaffarena family. He got the green light from the Medical Board.

Doesn’t the public have the right to know on what grounds he’s been boarded out, once his pension will be paid out of public funds?

He fooled a number of people in seeking his assistance. The problem was that he had absolute control within his father’s police corps. The general atmosphere in there would not raise anybody’s hopes for a just outcome to his problem. Innocent people feel that they themselves are the criminals.

He has been boarded out already – in May last year. It is his brother – equally corrupt – who is the subject of today’s story in the Times of Malta.

The one with the house is called Daniel. The one in today’s news report is Roderick.
