What’s the point of taking a picture of a journalist in a restaurant having a meal with a friend?
Photos would be interesting when the President of the Law Commission is seen with the President of the Malta Developers Association, or if Judge Wenzu Mintoff and Labour Party deputy leader Toni Abela are seen in a head-to-head discussion at a restaurant in Gozo with two other Labour Party ex-officials. I think those two old farts were stalkers.

Well, yes – but that is hardly the point, is it. The Prime Minister’s Office filming and photographing journalists and publishing the results constitutes totalitarian intimidation tactics. It is not in any way ‘equal’ or ‘the same thing as’ journalists filming and photographing politicians and publishing the results.

My guess is that they are government employees. This happened during office hours. If correct, this would be an abuse of public sector resources for which they, their boss and the PPS are responsible.
