So true. Not so long ago Labour was conducting all sorts of ‘fund raising’ activities. Most were under the guise of ‘Nigbru l ftit minghand il-hafna’ and all of a sudden Labour built up its glasshouse and had millions to spend on election campaigns.

With all the hype about ‘cedoli’ I’m surprised the PN did not come up with a billboard showing an interest free non-commercial Labour cedola.

Any loan document which doesn’t stipulate a repayment date (in addition to amount) is not considered legally valid. At least that is the case in the EU. Some countries also stipulate that the loan document be registered upon signature.
