In reply to Daphne Caruana Galizia. That's what I had originally thought, but I kept on hearing people say "Well, if he's made his money and is a successful businessman, then why can't he look after his money?" Why would they say that if he wasn't? I wonder where they got that from?

In reply to Edward. Edward, his declaration of assets is public and everyone can say that he is not rich, according to what is declared, not at all. He was just another corporate drone in London, like many thousands of others.

Why do people keep saying that Mizzi was a successful businessman in the UK? What business did he have and how successful was it,exactly? Can anyone find out?

Yes, they’re so good at putting a figure to a scandal or to an investment. Because their supporters only understand figures, irrespective of their accuracy.
