Who is ‘WE’? It was only put on the CHOGM agenda due to the pressure put on Government by Rotary International which is the world leader in the fight against polio and the major reason for its’ worldwide eradication. The Maltese Prime Minister does not even have the decency to mention this. Incredible but somehow not surprising.
