I despair at hearing all of this, we all worked hard for twenty five years to bring Malta out of the Mintoff/KMB mess, we fought hard to bring about constructive change. How are we ever going to recover from all of this?

We rode an economic international storm to land here, in a mess. I feel all our efforts over twenty five years were futile, they were a waste of all our energy.

All our warnings of what they were up to were futile, all our concerns about this scheme were futile. As we are back to 1981 where they are going to play again with the electoral result.

We will continue fighting to stop it from happening but I despair that we are wasting our energies on salvaging our country again. Instead of moving forward collectively we keep on picking up the pieces after these corrupt lot over and over again.

Reconciliation must never happen again because this cycle will never end.

In September 2014 Joseph Muscat told a Global citizenship seminar in New York “We are after talent, not money. We want to enhance our competitiveness by increasing our talent pool and our global network.,” he said.
