You can’t analyse the images you have available, which are the ones which I have uploaded and which are the only ones currently in the public domain, because they are SCREENSHOTS of a PDF which is itself copied from the original PDF sent to Mossack Fonseca in the British Virgin Islands. Also, the most effective Photoshop work can’t be done on a PDF, which means the scanned hard-copy is first converted to a JPG image or TIFF, worked on, then converted to a PDF for emailing. Forensic analysis then becomes very difficult, even with specialist software.

Today’s conference is a pre-summit event. The government leaders anti-corruption summit opens tomorrow. Muscat will deliver his keynote speech then.

Today’s event is for “civil society, business and government leaders who champion the fight against corruption”. Muscat’s inclusion in the programme is a gross error of jusgement.

It is not possible to use templates and create fraudulent forms undetected via the bank’s system. All such activity is logged, and even if it is undetected for a while, it is detectable precisely because it is logged.

Muscat will open the conference alongside the prime minister of Nigeria, and Jose’ Ugaz, the head of Transparency International, both of whom are committed to fighting corruptjon.

No, this is not a joke.

The only consolation is that all sessions will be open to the media. I hope they skewer him.

Ah but this is not information about an individual client, this is simply a question of whether the piece of paper is a forgery.

But fundamentally this is a case of heads they lose, tails they lose. If the article in question is legit, then they have shown a remarkable degree of carelessness and their name is mud.

If it’s a forgery and will not admit it, what does it say about Keith, Brian et al.
