We are dangerously close to the point of no return as regards Malta’s reputation. Total collapse would follow if our Financial services lose their hard earned solid reputation. Apart from the jobs lost,thousands of apartments are let to persons employed in this sector. A snowball effect would be inevitable.

In Malta’s case, the culprits were actually praised by the Prime Minister and key cabinet ministers, and protected by a vote in parliament.

One of them was even given a promotion whereas the other could not be promoted because he is above everybody else. He is the one pulling the strings; he is already above the prime minister and controls all the ministers.
