They did not follow the same procedure to choose the contractor to carry out works at Bormla dock number 1 for their tertiary institute. TAL-MAGHTAB CONTRACTORS were the ‘lucky’ hand picked contractors. A ‘strange’ coincidence TAL-MAGHTAB were the same contractors who built the Labour Party ‘kwartieri’ at Hamrun.
