I fully agree with your observations on Sai Mizzi and I too had commented that the scheme for visas to Chinese was probably another opportunity to give her another goodie once her scandalous appointment worth 13,000 euros monthly is not renewed.

I would also question whether the donation aspect in this scheme is another way of financing the Labour Party’s campaigns besides also being an added opportunity to populate the Panama companies owned by Konrad Mizzi, Keith Schembri and Lord Egrant.
