I checked that stretch of road leading to the Tal-Boqq hard stone quarry, and I couldn’t see any dwelling called “Ic-Centru”.

How I wish the king of radio shows, David Thake, would phone him live on radio and politely ask him where the ‘hack’ that address is.

And the Nationalist Party needs to rid itself of Tony Abela IN-NUTAR. This was the tragedy of Joe Cassar’s resignation from parliament: the electorate had got rid of Abela, but he popped back and took the seat which Cassar vacated, because he was next in line. In the 2018 election, he should not be accepted onto the party ticket. This kind of invasion by weirdos and problems waiting to happen has got to stop.

That address does not exist. The road is a 200-metre stretch, so there isn’t much to check . One “Dorm** House” is the only habitable place I can see.
I will check further this week.

Yes, it is he. See his reply elsewhere on this thread. The final two numbers of a Maltese citizen’s identity card are the year of registration as a Maltese citizen, and not the year of birth. They are generally the year of birth because babies are registered shortly after they are born. But for example, one of my children was born at the end of 1988 and registered in 1989, so his ID number ends in 89. Hugo Chetcuti’s ID number, for instance, ends in 7 something, because he may have had a non-Maltese citizenship before that, and then acquired Maltese citizenship in the 1970s. And of course, we have the famous example of Manuel Mallia’s wife, whose ID card number ends in 14.

The address should be the one on the individual’s identity card. Maybe his identity card gives that strange address.
