History repeating itself. Alfred Sant won the election in1996 after the Nationalists had been in government for nine years, but he lost it after a mere 22 months, and now in 2013 Joseph Muscat won the election after the Nationalists had been in power for 14 years, and he is hell-bent on losing it after a mere three years of disastrous corruption and scandals.
