Muscat had promised to publish the accounts of the CHOGM and the Europe-Africa Migration Summit by the end of March and, to date, we are still waiting.

He is probably still trying to see how to camouflage expenses and direct orders by charging them to various ministries to hide more scandals.

Muscat needs to watch some videos on learning to lie. Looking down and to the right whilst looking as guilty as hell.

Does anyone really believe a word he says anymore? Or does everyone just assume he’s lying and doesn’t care?
