Looking at this list I am intrigued that Egrant Inc was set up before those of Konrad Mizzi and Keith Schembri. Who was entitled to such precedence?

So Nexia BT has only three registered companies in Panama. Nexia tried to give the impression that they keep a stock of Panama companies at the ready for prospective clients. It is now more than obvious, not that there was any doubt, that the three companies were intended from the very start for Mizzi, Schembri and most probably Muscat.

Well those are obviously Joseph Muscat’s otherwise he wouldn’t have stuck his neck out for Konrad Mizzi and Kwith Schembri. If ever I meet Muscat I will have the pleasure of telling him that he will go down in history and the most incompetent and corrupt Prime Minister Malta has ever had.

In reply to Major Tom. The database lists three companies set up through BT International. One of those three is MilanCo Trading Ltd, incorporated in Malta. The majority shareholder is BT International. The secretary's address is the MossFon Building in Panama.

Just three Panama-registered companies through Nexia BT! What a surprise. Did not Deborah Schembri say that it is normal to have companies in Panama and Trusts in New Zealand?

Anyway, this Egrant Inc set up on the 8th July 2013, just a day before Hearnville (Konrad’s company) was set up.

The date and Nexia BT’s client exclusivity (just 3 clients with Panama companies) suggests that the owners of Egrant, Tillgate and Hearnville are somehow connected. Who could it be? The more I think about it, the more obvious it seems.

They are not mysterious at all. ATC is the nominee/fiduciary services company owned by Mossack Fonseca in Panama. I have repeated this piece of information in several posts.

There are several nominee/fiduciary services companies in Malta and the process is not mysterious at all. It works in Panama in the same way that it does in Malta, except that Malta’s authorities have full access to the information and an obligation to share it with other EU members states and jurisdictions, whereas in Panama they don’t.

Most law firms and accountancy firms in Malta have nominee/fiduciary services companies.
