In reply to NLC. But Brian Tonna couldn't have acted for the three of them simultaneously but then cautiously only for one when all of them stood to lose if something went wrong. There is something more to it, not just importance, as Mizzi is only marginally less important on that score.

Well, why do you think? The answer is simple and blatant. If they were so blatant to mention Konrad Mizzi’s and Keith Schembri’s names but not the third, then it only stands to reason that the third name was more important than the others. That’s the only explanation that makes sense.
